Rachael Annette Evans is an Assistant Professor of Teaching in the Division of Theoretical and Behavioral Foundations at the College of Education, Wayne State University. She serves as the Interim Program Director for the School and Community Psychology program, where she oversees operations, student support, and practicum supervision.
