Dr. Sarah Springer is a Clinical Associate Professor in the College of Education at Seattle University, specializing in the Online School Counseling program. Previously at Monmouth University, she brings extensive clinical experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified School Counselor with over 8 years of school-based mental health practice. She maintains a private practice, NJ Counseling Connections, offering counseling, supervision, and professional development services.
Her research focuses on innovative approaches to counselor training, group work dynamics, and school counseling methodologies. Current projects explore psychodrama techniques in counselor education through an ACES-funded grant.
