Nicole De Silva, Ph.D., is a former Visiting Researcher at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center’s Research Department for Global Governance. She holds a DPhil (PhD) in International Relations from the University of Oxford (2016) and was an IKEA Research Fellow in International Relations at Oxford (2015–2017). Her work focuses on strategies of international courts beyond adjudication, regulatory governance, and the roles of NGOs and socialization in compliance mechanisms.
