Nicolas Mechnig is a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant at the Max Weber Institute for Sociology, Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg, working under Prof. Markus Pohlmann. He specializes in organizational sociology, focusing on organizational deviance, corruption in sports, and whistleblowing mechanisms.
