Nicholas Aroney is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Queensland’s TC Beirne School of Law, and a Senior Fellow at Emory University’s Centre for Law and Religion. He holds dual affiliations with the Australian Academy of Law and the Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia. His expertise spans constitutional law, comparative federalism, and law and religion, with over 160 publications, including seminal works like *The Constitution of a Federal Commonwealth* (2009) and *Christianity and Constitutionalism* (2022). Aroney has held visiting positions at prestigious institutions globally, including Oxford, Cambridge, and Padua universities.
