Dr Nia Williams is a Lecturer at the School of Education and Human Development, Bangor University, and affiliated with the Collaborative Institute for Education Research, Evidence and Impact (CIEREI). Her work bridges child development, forensic psychology, and educational policy.
Research Interests: Williams focuses on child forensic psychology, psychopathy, and criminal behavior development, alongside children's mental health, language acquisition, and intergenerational programs. Her research explores the impact of Welsh television on L2 English children, family-based education initiatives, and language policies in Wales.
Key Articles highlight trends in curriculum innovation, intergenerational interventions, and bilingualism. She collaborates extensively with institutions like Public Health Wales and the National Centre for Population, Health and Wellbeing Research.
