Nia Weatherley is a Lecturer at Bangor Business School since 2013, serving as the school's Undergraduate Admissions Tutor. She holds a MSc in Finance, a BA in Accounting and Economics (both from Bangor University), a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Manchester, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. Her teaching spans Economics, Statistical Methods, and Financial Accounting modules. Research focuses include taxation policy and labour markets, evidenced by her contribution to the UK Parliament Welsh Affairs Committee’s inquiry on population change in Wales and her leadership in the BU-IIA-funded 'Understanding the Welsh Tax Base' project (£30,183 grant).
