Nevi Agapiou

Dr. Nevi Agapiou is a Lecturer in International Commercial Law and Dispute Resolution, and Research Degree Tutor at the School of Law, University of Central Lancashire Cyprus. She holds a PhD in Law from the University of Leicester and is a Certified Trainer and Accredited Mediator. Her research focuses on International Commercial Law, ADR methods, Comparative Law, and the Cyprus Legal System.

Teaching roles include leading the LLM Programme and teaching courses such as Contract Law, International Sale of Goods, and Mediation. She has contributed to research projects like EU-En4s and Visualising Contract Law in Comic Books, and is involved in initiatives like the ICLAIM Centre and the Willem C. Vis Moot.

• Grants: Researcher on EU-funded projects (EU-En4s, DIGI-GUARD) and internal grants on ADR in Cyprus workplaces.
