Professor Stéphanie Laulhé Shaelou holds the title of Professor of European Law and Reform at the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus), where she also serves as Head of the School of Law and University Chair for Research and Innovation. Her work focuses on EU law, governance, and rights, with particular expertise in Cyprus’s legal landscape and EU-Cyprus-Turkey relations.

Research Interests: Her scholarship spans EU constitutional law, data protection, AI ethics, Brexit implications, and conflict resolution. She founded ICLAIM, a non-profit awarded the European Citizen 2020 Prize for its Social Mediation in Practice project. She is also a Certified Mediator (2017) and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
