Andreas Xenofontos

Andreas Xenofontos serves as Special Teaching Staff in Energy Law at UCLan Cyprus within the School of Law. He holds teaching responsibilities as Course Leader for LLM modules in Oil and Gas Public Law and Oil and Gas Private Law.

His research focuses on international and comparative energy law frameworks, with specialization in oil and gas law, international commercial and investment arbitration, and energy dispute settlement mechanisms. His work bridges theoretical legal frameworks with practical applications in the energy sector, particularly examining investor-state relations in natural resource development.

His publications demonstrate a consistent focus on energy law applications, with particular emphasis on dispute resolution mechanisms in the oil and gas industry and EU regulatory frameworks. These works contribute to evolving legal standards in international energy markets.
