Dr. Neela S. Mühlemann is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour at the University of Greenwich's Faculty of Business, School of Business, Operations and Strategy. She joined the university in December 2020 after holding positions as a Teaching Fellow and Research Officer at the London School of Economics and Political Science, and as a Research Associate at Nottingham Trent University. She holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
Her research applies social identity theory to examine:
- Identity change during organizational transitions
- Group processes in corporate environments
- Leadership dynamics during change initiatives
- Employee health and well-being outcomes
Prior to academia, she gained professional experience in HR consulting, recruitment, leadership evaluation, and training development.
