Claire Taylor

Claire Taylor is Head of the Human Resource Management Academic Department and a member of the Senior Management Team at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University. She leads strategic planning for HR programs and develops innovative teaching methodologies focused on employability skills. With over 20 years of academic experience, Claire specializes in HRM, employment relations, digitalization, and organizational behavior. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (2018) and dual master's degrees in Strategic Marketing Management and Corporate Psychology.

Research Focus: Claire investigates contemporary workplace dynamics including employee voice in digital spaces, social media's impact on organizational control, misbehavior patterns, emotional labor in professional settings, and reflective management practices. Her work bridges HR theory with emerging technological challenges.
