Nathan Lemphers is a Research Fellow at the Smart Prosperity Institute, an environmental and economic policy think tank affiliated with the University of Ottawa. His work focuses on the intersection of politics and policy, particularly related to electric vehicles and their impact on regional economies, as well as the climate strategies of fossil fuel-exporting nations like Australia, Canada, and Norway.

Awards include a 2014 scholarship and the Junior Fellow distinction at Massey College.
