Nathalie BITBOL-SABA is an Associate Professor in the Finance Department at Paris School of Business. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Université Paris Descartes (2015). Her research focuses on gender dynamics in professional service firms, corporate governance, diversity, and knowledge management, with publications in journals like Critical Perspectives on Accounting and Journal of International Management. She teaches corporate finance, business control, and organizational management in the Grande École program, as well as research design in the DBA program.
Her research explores intersections between gender, professional roles, and organizational culture. Key themes include client-professional interactions in auditing, role conflicts faced by women in professional service firms, and knowledge management strategies during Industry 5.0 transitions. She has presented work at conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM) and EGOS.
Recent publications emphasize sustainable governance, boardroom diversity, and resilience in global supply chains. She has contributed to policy discussions on gender parity in governance through white papers and media articles in Le Monde des Grandes Écoles and Revue Française de Comptabilité.
