Natahnee Winder is an Assistant Professor in Indigenous Studies at Simon Fraser University. She holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario (2020), and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Native American Studies from the University of New Mexico. Her research focuses on health, Indigenous education, ethnic relations, and qualitative methodologies, with a comparative analysis of residential school systems in Canada and the U.S. through Indigenous student perspectives.
