Naome Otiti

Naome Otiti serves as an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Law, University of Agder, and is an active member of the Center for Research on Social Enterprises and Microfinance (CERSEM). Her academic foundation includes a PhD in International Business and MSc in Business Administration (International Management specialization) from the University of Agder, complemented by a BCom in Accounting from Makerere University, Uganda.

Analysis of her recent publications reveals consistent methodological rigor in studying microfinance institutions across Africa and Asia, with emerging trends highlighting the dual importance of employee tenure stability and gender-inclusive practices for achieving sustainable social impact. Her scholarship bridges theoretical frameworks in international business with practical applications in development finance.
