Dr. Nadia Stojanova is a Lecturer at the University of Melbourne's Melbourne Law School and a practicing barrister at the Victorian Bar. She serves as the Chief Examiner for the Victorian Bar Entrance Examinations and is an Accredited Advocacy Instructor with The Australian Advocacy Institute. Her legal practice focuses on employment law, industrial relations, and regulatory law, including wage theft, labour hire licensing, and workplace bullying cases. She is also a member of the Centre for Employment and Labour Relations Law.
