Leigh Smith

Leigh Smith is a Lecturer and Director of Learning & Teaching at Curtin Law School, specializing in employment law, occupational health and safety legislation, and legal research methods.

• Negligence liability frameworks
• Unfair dismissal jurisprudence
• Legal education outcomes

Recent scholarship critically examines higher education providers' legal responsibilities and tort law reforms. He coordinates the law honors program and has developed international collaborations with the University of Bologna.
