John Mastoras is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto's Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources (CIRHR), where he has taught for over 20 years. Concurrently, he serves as a Senior Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, specializing in Canadian employment and labour law. His interdisciplinary expertise bridges academia and legal practice, focusing on employer representation in complex labour disputes.
