Dr. Nadia K. Kougiannou is Associate Professor of Work and Employment and Co-Director of Research Outputs at Nottingham Business School. She holds a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Employment Relations from Durham University.
Research examines employment dynamics in non-traditional work arrangements, with specific focus on gig economy labor conditions, employee representation systems, and trust mechanisms in employment relationships. Her work combines qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze contemporary workplace challenges.
Current projects investigate technology-mediated work platforms, employee voice mechanisms in decentralized organizations, and the impact of economic crises on employment practices. Collaborations include Engage for Success on line manager roles in employee engagement.
