Professor Monique Raats is a leading academic at the University of Surrey, where she serves as Co-Director of the Institute for Sustainability and Director of the Food, Consumer Behaviour and Health (FCBH) Research Centre. She is based in the School of Psychology within the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences and also contributes to the Surrey Institute for People-Centred Artificial Intelligence. Her work spans nutrition, public health, and sustainable food systems, with a strong emphasis on consumer behaviour and policy translation.
