Dr. Christina Sadler is a Postgraduate Researcher at the University of Surrey, affiliated with the School of Biosciences and the Food, Consumer Behaviour and Health Research Centre. Her primary research focuses on understanding perceptions of processed foods across scientific, media, and consumer contexts. Supervised by Kathryn Hart, Terri Grassby, Monique Raats, and Lada Timotijevic, her work addresses interdisciplinary challenges in food classification and communication.
