Anita Eves

Professor Anita Eves is a leading academic in Hospitality Management at the University of Surrey. She holds a BSc and PhD in Food Science from the University of Reading. Her roles include Professor of Hospitality Management, Research Lead for the Surrey Hospitality and Tourism Management department, and founder of the University's Food, Consumer Behaviour and Health Research Centre. Her research focuses on consumer behavior in foodservice settings, food hygiene, and the role of food in tourism.
