Dr. Molly Wickam is a Professor of Education and Business/Leadership and Program Director for Bethel University's MA Teaching and B.S. Business Management programs within the College of Adult and Professional Studies. She also serves as Chair of the Faculty Development Committee for CAPS, Seminary, and Graduate School.
