Molly Keane-Sexton is a Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Dayton's College of Arts and Sciences. She joined the faculty in 2004 after teaching at Miamisburg City Schools as an Advanced Placement English Literature teacher, Theater Director, and Lead Mentor Teacher. She currently serves as the College of Arts and Sciences' Coordinator of Integrated Learning, collaborating with Integrated Learning-Living Communities' faculty, staff, and students.

Her research focuses on Student Development Theory, Critical Thinking, Moral Development, and their intersections with Literature and Composition. She has presented at conferences such as the Southwestern Ohio Conference on Higher Education and the Conference on Christianity and Literature, and received grants for curriculum development and academic program initiatives.
She is actively involved in the Kearn Entrepreneurial Engineering Network (KEEN), where she completed a fellowship and Innovative Curriculum Educator (ICE) training. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration and the Marianist charism of service and community.

As Coordinator of Integrated Learning, Molly administers academic programs and works with faculty, staff, and students to enhance experiential learning initiatives.
