Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor of Strategy & Public Policy at Bocconi University and holds roles at the UCL School of Management as an Honorary Research Fellow and Visiting Lecturer. He focuses on the intersection of strategy and policy, analyzing boundaries between public and private sectors through phenomena like Post Office privatization, railway nationalization, crisis-era public grants, platform regulation, and remote work dynamics. His work emphasizes organizational identity, culture, resilience, and CSR.
His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Management and Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology, and featured in Financial Times and BBC. At UCL, he teaches the Core MBA Module Business Strategy.
