Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor in Public Management at Università Bocconi and a Research Fellow at University College London. Previously, he held Research Fellow positions at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and focuses on the intersection of Strategic Management and Public Policy, particularly organizational identity, resilience, and corporate social responsibility in public-private dynamics.

His research explores phenomena like privatization, nationalization, and regulation, with a recent emphasis on voluntary carbon markets. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Management and the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Psychology, and his work has been supported by grants from UKRI, the Croatian Science Foundation, and the British Academy.
He acts as a policy and strategy advisor for public and private organizations and contributes to media outlets like the Financial Times and BBC. His publications span topics including privatization, organizational harm, carbon market interactions, and CSR frameworks.
He leads the UKRI-funded project 'Hybrid Organizing in the Railway Sector' and collaborates on research initiatives examining public grants and the Post Office scandal. His work integrates insights from management, psychology, and public policy.
