Mislav Radic

Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor at Bocconi University's Department of Social and Political Sciences and an Honorary Research Fellow at University College London. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

His research lies at the intersection of strategy, public policy, and organization theory, with three primary streams:

• Organizational consequences of privatizations and private sector practices within public entities
• Interplay between government influence on firms and firms assuming state responsibilities
• Use of market mechanisms to tackle grand challenges

His work examines the evolving boundaries between public and private organizing across various contexts including privatization of public services, platform self-regulation, and carbon offsetting initiatives.

His recent publications demonstrate a consistent focus on institutional boundaries and organizational responses to public-private interface challenges.
