Mislav Radic is an Assistant Professor at Bocconi University's Department of Social and Political Sciences and an Honorary Research Fellow at University College London. Previously, he served as a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
His research lies at the intersection of strategy, public policy, and organization theory, with three primary streams:
- Organizational consequences of privatizations and private sector practices within public entities
- Interplay between government influence on firms and firms assuming state responsibilities
- Use of market mechanisms to tackle grand challenges
His recent publications demonstrate a consistent focus on institutional boundaries and organizational responses to public-private interface challenges. The research spans theoretical contributions to management and psychology literature while maintaining strong practical relevance for policymakers and organizational leaders.
His scientific recognition includes:
