Miriam van den Berg is a Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide's School of Social Sciences, affiliated with the Stretton Health Equity Institute. Her work focuses on health equity and social determinants of health, particularly precarious employment, housing, food systems, disability, and aging. With over 15 years as a public health consultant, she collaborates with governments, NGOs, and the World Health Organization on policy and advocacy.
