Mike Baer is a Professor and Dean's Council Distinguished Professor at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business, Department of Management and Entrepreneurship. He serves as Editor-in-Chief of Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and has held editorial roles at top journals. His research focuses on trust dynamics, fairness, and impression management in workplaces, with findings published in leading management and psychology journals. He has advised organizations globally, including Fortune 500 companies and government entities.
Education: Ph.D. in Management (University of Georgia, 2015), M.B.A. (Brigham Young University, 2010), B.A. (Brigham Young University, 2003).
