Bret Bradley is an Associate Professor at the University of Oklahoma's Price College of Business, specializing in organizational behavior. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from the University of Iowa and a MAcc in Taxation from Brigham Young University. His research focuses on team dynamics, leadership, and ethics, addressing workplace challenges like conflict management, deviance, and expertise maximization.
Bradley teaches negotiations, leadership, and teamwork at undergraduate and MBA levels, and consults with organizations. He serves on the editorial board of Small Group Research. Notable publications explore team composition, task conflict, and psychological safety climate effects on performance.
His awards include the Dean’s Outstanding Scholarship Recognition Award (2014, 2013), Bruce Magoon Master Teacher Award (2012), and NSF grants (2007). Research grants supported studies on gender diversity, visionary leadership, and team resilience.
