Mark Bolino is the David L. Boren Professor and Director of the Management and International Business division at the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. He holds the Michael F. Price Chair in International Business. His academic roles include teaching in undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. programs, focusing on organizational behavior, international business, and human resources management.
Education: Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior (University of South Carolina, 2000), M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior (George Washington University, 1994), B.B.A. in International Business and Spanish (James Madison University, 1991).
Research Interests: Employees' willingness to engage in organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), impression management in workplaces, global careers, and psychological contracts between employers and employees. His recent work explores work-family conflict, remote work dynamics, and the psychological impacts of workplace behaviors.
Awards: Includes the David L. Boren Professorship (2019), OU Regents’ Superior Teaching Award (2018), and multiple teaching excellence recognitions. His research has been featured in top journals like the Academy of Management Journal and Harvard Business Review.
Advising/Grants: Bolino has advised numerous scholars and contributed to grants focusing on global work demands, hybrid work models, and employee well-being. His research emphasizes practical applications for contemporary workplace challenges.
