Christina S. Li is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Iowa and specializes in studying how employees navigate work environments, particularly focusing on person-environment fit, career trajectories, and workplace discrimination. Her research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods, integrating insights from organizational behavior and management studies.
