Dr. Rong Su is an Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship and the Mahoney Fellow at the Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa. She is a Fellow of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and a recipient of the Iowa Mid-Career Faculty Scholar Award, reflecting her significant contributions to organizational and quantitative psychology.
Her research centers on individual differences, person-environment fit, career success and gaps, and advanced quantitative methods such as meta-analysis, psychometric measurement, and structural equation modeling.
