Eean R. Crawford is an Associate Professor of Management & Entrepreneurship and a Henry B. Tippie Research Fellow at the Tippie College of Business, University of Iowa. He holds a PhD in Management/Organizational Behavior from the University of Florida and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
Research Interests: His research centers on employee engagement, team effectiveness, leadership, social networks, and personality in organizational contexts. He investigates how individual traits, team structures, and leadership styles influence workplace performance and well-being.
Publication Trends: His recent work emphasizes multiple team membership, stress responses, and team processes, published in premier journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organization Science. His research integrates psychological theory with organizational design to improve team and individual outcomes.

He also serves on editorial boards of Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Management.
Professional Engagement: Actively involved in the Academy of Management and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he regularly presents at major conferences and contributes to academic discourse through peer review and invited webinars, including on topics like 'Quiet Quitting'.
