Michelle Cirillo is a Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences at NJIT. She specializes in mathematics education with a focus on teacher professional development, classroom discourse, and educational technology. Her work includes leading NSF-funded projects such as Supporting Teachers to Teach Mathematics Through Problem Posing (2021–2026) and CAREER: Proof in Secondary Classrooms (2015–2023).
