Dr. Michelle Metzger is an Associate Professor of Education in STEM & Mathematics at Buena Vista University, where she contributes to teacher education and STEM pedagogy. Her work bridges academic research and classroom practice, particularly in early and secondary mathematics education.
Her research focuses on spatial thinking, problem solving, critical thinking, and STEM learning, with a strong emphasis on practical applications in pre-school and elementary classrooms.
