Michele Baddeley is a Professor of Economics at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School, where she also serves as Engagement Director and previously as Associate Dean (Research). She holds adjunct positions at the University of South Australia and University College London. Her research focuses on behavioral economics, social policy, and environmental economics, with notable contributions to topics like jury bias, migration, and energy policy. Baddeley has authored influential books such as Behavioural Economics – A Very Short Introduction and Copycats and Contrarians.
Education:

- MPhil/PhD (Economics), University of Cambridge
Research Interests: Behavioral economics applied to household decisions, public policy design, environmental sustainability, and labor markets. Her work bridges theory and practice, emphasizing practical policy solutions.
