Michele Gribben is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics & Computer Science at McDaniel College. She earned her B.A. from McDaniel College (1987) and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (1989). Her lifelong connection to McDaniel includes alumni status, faculty roles, and engagement in campus activities.
Research Interests
Gribben specializes in mathematical pedagogy and active learning, focusing on making mathematics engaging for students who do not initially favor the subject. Her approach emphasizes experiential learning through puzzles, games, and real-world applications.
