Jennifer Minutolo is a Teaching Professor of Mathematics at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, starting Fall 2024. She holds a PhD in Computer Science (Northcentral University, 2022), MAT in Teaching Mathematics (University of Florida, 2003), and B.S. in Mathematics (Lee University, 2001). Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Lee University’s School of Business (2023–2024) and Chair of its Artificial Intelligence Task Force. She taught at Lee University (2004–2020) and Cleveland State Community College (1995–2004), holding roles like interim Director of the Athens campus and Coordinator of Learning Support.

Research Interests: Focuses on mobile software quality and security, AI in higher education policy, and pedagogical innovations in STEM. Her doctoral work investigated security and quality in mobile software development. She has contributed to policy development for AI integration in academia and Title III grant initiatives.
Grants & Leadership: Served as NCAT Scholar for a Title III grant, organizing workshops and supporting course redesign. Led grant-related projects at Cleveland State and Lee University. Presented at conferences on teaching practices and institutional mandates.
Affiliations: Member of Kappa Mu Epsilon (Mathematics Honor Society), Department of Mathematics at UTK, and various institutional councils.
