Michael Rush KC is a barrister and Senior Fellow (Melbourne Law Masters) at Melbourne Law School where he teaches Trusts, Restitution, and Remedies. He holds a BCL and DPhil from Oxford University, with doctoral research on the defence of passing on in restitution law.
Professional practice focuses on commercial litigation and public authority liability. Previously served as Associate to Justice Hayne of the High Court of Australia.
