Michael Kube

Prof. Dr. Michael Kube serves as an Adjunct Professor of Musicology at the University of Würzburg's Faculty of Philosophy and Institute for Music Research, with additional lecturing duties at the Stuttgart University of Music. His current temporary professorship covers the 2023/24 academic year.

His educational background includes doctoral studies completed in 1996 with research on Hindemith's early string quartets, followed by habilitation in 2016 focusing on the cultural history of the piano trio.
