Michael Kaeding

Michael Kaeding is Professor of European Integration and European Union Politics at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he serves as Vice Dean for Research and Young Scholars in the Faculty of Social Sciences. His research critically examines European integration processes and policy impacts across member states.

Additional affiliations include visiting positions at the European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA), College of Europe, and Turkish-German University. He holds leadership roles in TEPSA (Trans-European Policy Studies Association) and sits on the board of the Institute for European Policy (IEP) in Berlin.
