Dr Meaghan Vosz is a Research Fellow at Southern Cross University within the Faculty of Health. Since 2015, she has been conducting participatory, co-designed research aimed at systemic and practice change, while also teaching in the Master of Social Work and Bachelor of Community Welfare programs. She is affiliated with the Centre for Children and Young People and is a key researcher on the ARC-funded project 'Co-creating rainbow-inclusive care for gender and sexually diverse people in residential aged care' (2024–2029).

Research Interests: Dr Vosz’s work centres on critical-participatory research and knowledge co-creation with marginalised communities, especially LGBTQ+ populations, children and young people, and those experiencing homelessness, poverty, mental health issues, and disability. Her research promotes human rights, social justice, belonging, and inclusion through co-design methodologies and disaster resilience initiatives.
Her recent publications span child protection, family law, residential care policy, disaster recovery, and LGBTQ+ inclusive aged care. These works collectively highlight her commitment to embedding lived experience in policy and practice reform.
