Max Carlin is a Researcher and doctoral candidate in Public Law at Lund University's Department of Law, supervised by Henrik Wenander and Vilhelm Persson. His research focuses on the constitutional status of subnational units, including local self-government frameworks. He teaches constitutional law in the first semester of the law program and serves as assistant editor of the Förvaltningsrättslig tidskrift.
Education: Currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Public Law at Lund University.
