Maura L. Scott is the Edward M. Carson Chair in Services Marketing and Professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, societal well-being, public policy, and marketing strategies for sustainability. She co-edits the Journal of Marketing and has held leadership roles in the American Marketing Association (AMA) and Marketing Science Institute.
