Matt Ritter is a Professor in the Biological Sciences Department at California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), where he directs the Cal Poly Plant Conservatory. His work focuses on cultivated trees, particularly the genus Eucalyptus, and he actively contributes to ecological education and conservation efforts.
