Dr. Marwa Tourky is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Brand Management at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, UK. Previously, she served as a Senior Lecturer at Exeter University Business School. Her research focuses on Corporate Brand, Identity, and Reputation Management, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), with particular attention to cultural dynamics in the Middle East.

Dr. Tourky’s recent publications explore cutting-edge topics such as:
- AI service failure impact on hospitality management
- Integrating CSR with corporate identity for sustainable branding

- Value alignment for organizational reputation
