Namita Shete is a Lecturer in Sustainability at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, where she also serves as Director of the MSc in Management and Corporate Sustainability program. Her research and teaching focus on corporate sustainability, CSR, mandated sustainability regulation, and ethical supply chains, particularly in emerging economies.

She also explores mandated CSR in India and how organizations interpret and respond to such regulations.
