Professor Leila Alinaghian is a Professor of Business Relations and Impact at Cranfield School of Management, Cranfield University, where she also serves as Director of the Full-time MBA program. She joined Cranfield in August 2015, bringing expertise in inter-organizational relationships, sustainability, and social impact.

Leila's recent publications reveal a strong focus on sustainability and social value creation within supply chains. Her research employs diverse methodologies including social network analysis, systematic literature reviews, and qualitative case studies. Key themes include ESG controversies, institutional work, cognitive capital in resilience, and value co-creation in service ecosystems, primarily within sectors like automotive, healthcare, and consumer goods.
